Halloween at BVE

On October 31st, the PTA will host a fun field day at school for your kiddos and we invite our community on campus to watch and cheer as our Bobcats participate in the annual Halloween Parades:

TK/Kinder Halloween Parade

1st-5th Grade Halloween Parade

Location: BVE Upper Playground (see map below)

Please help us make this year's Halloween Field Day a fun and smooth experience for all our Bobcats! We particularly need help with Kinder, 1st grade, and 5th grade. All volunteers must have clearance through Be a Mentor and sign-in at the office upon arrival.

Ruby Bridges Walk To School Day

Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day is Friday, November 14th!

Save the date! We hope to see all of you in your walking shoes, on your bikes, or riding the bus for the annual Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day on Friday, November 14th!

An annual day of dialogue to commemorate Ruby's historic steps. Join students across the country who are continuing the movement to end racism and unify our communities. 

Details to follow regarding the six walking bus stops, departure times and routes to BVE!

Join the PTA

If you haven't joined the PTA, we encourage you to do so! Support Burton Valley Elementary for just $15 per guardian (each guardian should have their own membership). Joining helps strengthen our voice and allows the PTA to enhance your child's education through special programs, campus improvements, and community partnerships. Our goal is 100% participation from BVE families, and we encourage all guardians to join.
