Our wonderful Burton Valley parent community is planning a great selection of parent-hosted parties and events for you and your kiddos this year. Ticket sales fund student enrichment programs, community service and kindness activities, and playground upgrades. Mountain Bike Ride & Happy Hour
Friday, April 26: 3-6pm, $60 per person, open to 10 guests (all grades welcome)
Join us for a parents-only Friday afternoon mountain bike ride at Joaquin Miller Park followed by a Canyon Club happy hour. Your seasoned trail guides and apres-ride snacks and beers (first two) are included in the ticket price. No need to be an expert rider but some experience is helpful. Need a bike? Local partner First Mile offers demo bikes (not included with ticket price).

Giant’s Yacht Excursion & White Party
Saturday, May 4: 3-6pm, $150 per person, open to 90 guests (all grades welcome)
Let's set sail on the SF GIANTS yacht in the San Francisco Bay for a voyage you won't forget. Come dressed in your favorite all-white attire as we cruise to our favorite yacht rock. Drinks and snacks will be available. Bon voyage!

Roll Our Way into the Lunar New Year

Get ready for Lunar New Year by learning how to make spring rolls and dumplings! Your fourth grader is invited to join us for a cooking demo and lesson, and stay for dinner and a movie! We’ll have Vietnamese and Chinese food on the menu and lots of fun for the kiddos as we ring in the new year.

Sound Healing + Future Self Visualization
Thursday, January 25: 6:30-9PM, $55 per person, open to 30 guests (all grades welcome)
Tired of feeling frazzled? Taking care of others while wondering...who's taking care of me? We are! This wellness session will include a crystal bowl sound healing with Kristen Firpo + guided future self visualization with Vanessa Loder – BVE mom and author of The Soul Solution: A Guide for Brilliant, Overwhelmed Women. Come in comfy clothes (or PJs!), enjoy delicious apps made by chef Dana Hollins and sip raw cacao that warms your heart. Then you'll be guided through a deeply healing soundscape with crystal bowls, tuning forks and a guided visualization. Start the New Year feeling fabulous!

Thursday, April 11: 11am-1pm, $75 per person, open to 10 guests (all grades welcome)
Enjoy a morning playing with petals and sipping prosecco with Melissa Crawford, BVE mom and owner of Violet & Aster Floral Design. Learn how to create your own seasonal centerpiece using the season's most beautiful blooms, foliage and branches. You’ll learn what goes into making a show-stopping Spring floral centerpiece including flower selections, basic design elements, vessel mechanics, flower manipulation, caring for your blooms and maximizing vase life.
